Mackinley C. Rolle is an accomplished football coach and Certified Athletic Administrator with a proven track record of building successful programs and leading teams to historic achievements. A former LaSalle University football letterman, Rolle has dedicated his career to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Throughout his coaching career, Rolle has earned multiple Coach of the Year honors and has been recognized at the regional and state levels for his leadership and impact. He is notably the first coach in Florida high school football history to transform a program from an 0–23 record into an undefeated regular season—demonstrating his ability to rebuild and elevate teams.

Rolle has achieved undefeated regular seasons at multiple schools and contributed to a JUCO program that reached a National Championship runner-up finish. His commitment to excellence extends beyond coaching, supported by advanced academic credentials and professional certification in athletic administration.
